By visiting our website, submitting your information, requesting a demo, requesting information, becoming a customer, using our services, or opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Lake Lead Response LLC, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. About Lake Lead Response LLC
Lake Lead Response LLC provides customer inquiry response automation and related business communication services for local businesses. Our services may include missed inquiry response tools, appointment or demo scheduling, customer support automation, owner notifications, review request systems, reporting, onboarding support, and related business communication tools.
Lake Lead Response LLC serves local businesses, including restaurants, marinas, contractors, service businesses, rental owners, appointment-based businesses, and other local companies. Customers are responsible for using any communication tools in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, carrier requirements, and consent standards.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Program Description
Lake Lead Response LLC sends SMS/text messages only to individuals who directly provide their phone number and expressly opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Lake Lead Response LLC.
Messages from Lake Lead Response LLC may include:
- Responses to demo requests or contact form submissions.
- Appointment scheduling and appointment reminders.
- Business inquiry follow-up related to your interaction with Lake Lead Response LLC.
- Customer support messages.
- Onboarding updates.
- Service updates.
- Account updates.
- Billing or service-related notices.
- Follow-up communications related to your request, appointment, account, or service.
- Marketing or promotional messages from Lake Lead Response LLC only if you separately and expressly consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS/text messages.
Lake Lead Response LLC's SMS/text messaging program is intended for communication with prospects, demo requesters, customers, and business contacts who have provided consent to receive SMS/text messages from Lake Lead Response LLC.
Lake Lead Response LLC does not send cold outreach text messages, does not use purchased contact lists for SMS/text messaging, does not sell leads, and does not send unrelated third-party marketing messages through this SMS/text messaging program.
4. SMS Consent
By providing your phone number and expressly opting in through the applicable website checkbox or other approved opt-in method, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Lake Lead Response LLC at the phone number provided.
SMS consent is optional. You may submit a contact form, request a demo, contact Lake Lead Response LLC, or use Lake Lead Response LLC's website without agreeing to receive SMS/text messages.
Non-marketing/service SMS consent and marketing/promotional SMS consent are separate. Selecting one does not automatically select the other. Marketing or promotional SMS/text messages are sent only if you separately select the marketing consent option.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase.
You represent that you are the account holder for the phone number provided, or that you have permission from the account holder to provide the phone number and receive messages at that number.
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with Lake Lead Response LLC, your appointment or onboarding status, your support needs, and your communication preferences.
You may receive messages related to your demo request, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, account status, customer support, onboarding, billing, service updates, or other communications related to your interaction with Lake Lead Response LLC.
For demo requests, appointment scheduling, account updates, and support communications from Lake Lead Response LLC, message frequency will generally not exceed 4 messages per month unless you initiate additional communication, request further support, schedule or reschedule appointments, or are actively onboarding as a customer.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel SMS/text messages from Lake Lead Response LLC at any time.
To opt out, reply STOP to any SMS/text message you receive from Lake Lead Response LLC.
After you reply STOP, Lake Lead Response LLC may send you a one-time final confirmation text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation message, you will no longer receive SMS/text messages from Lake Lead Response LLC unless you opt in again.

9. Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS/text messages may be affected by your mobile carrier, network availability, signal strength, device settings, or other conditions outside of Lake Lead Response LLC's control.
10. Supported Carriers
Lake Lead Response LLC's SMS/text messaging program is intended to work with major U.S. mobile carriers. Wireless carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through Lake Lead Response LLC's SMS/text messaging program.
Supported carriers may change without notice.
11. Privacy and SMS No-Sharing Policy
Your use of Lake Lead Response LLC's website, services, and SMS/text messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at lakeleadresponse.com/privacy-policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and retain information, including our SMS no-sharing policy.
Lake Lead Response LLC does not sell, rent, lease, trade, transfer, share, or disclose SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, text messaging consent records, or text messaging originator opt-in data to third parties, affiliates, partners, lead brokers, advertisers, or outside organizations for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be used for cross-marketing, list brokering, lead selling, affiliate marketing, third-party advertising, third-party promotional campaigns, or unrelated marketing.
Lake Lead Response LLC may use service providers only as necessary to operate our communication systems, deliver SMS/text messages, operate our CRM, provide customer support, schedule appointments, process payments, or deliver services on our behalf. Service providers are not permitted to use your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent records for their own marketing, promotional, unrelated, or independent purposes.
12. Website Use
You agree to use the Lake Lead Response LLC website and services only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Lake Lead Response LLC systems.

Any estimates, examples, calculators, or projections shown on our website or during a demo are for illustration only and are not guaranteed results.
14. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, complying with applicable laws, honoring customer communication preferences, and ensuring that their own use of SMS, email, phone, AI voice, review requests, and automation tools complies with applicable laws, carrier rules, platform rules, and industry requirements.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required consent from their own customers, prospects, or contacts before sending automated communications through systems provided, configured, or supported by Lake Lead Response LLC.
Customers may not use Lake Lead Response LLC services for cold outreach texting, texting without consent, purchased contact list messaging, deceptive messaging, unlawful promotional activity, or prohibited messaging activity.
15. Payments, Billing, and Cancellation
Any paid services, setup fees, monthly fees, cancellation terms, refund terms, or guarantees will be described in the applicable agreement, invoice, proposal, checkout page, or written service terms provided by Lake Lead Response LLC.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, service fees are due according to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase or agreement.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, service names, text, graphics, logos, designs, layouts, and related materials are owned by Lake Lead Response LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Lake Lead Response LLC content without written permission.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Lake Lead Response LLC website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
