Setup timing, usage, and terms +

Additional usage may be billed at provider cost plus 25%, or a plan upgrade may be required. Carrier, registry, phone-number, premium-action, and third-party fees may be separate unless included in writing. Cancellation and any fit-guarantee refund terms are governed by the signed agreement.
